These terms describe the intended use of Netioon AI, responsibility for user content, and the specific characteristics of its AI and third-party functions.
Netioon AI provides, to the extent currently available, a web application for text-based AI conversations, workspace files, memories, and optional audio, research, image, weather, and navigation functions. The concrete scope depends on the current application, account settings, and technical availability.
Individual functions may be restricted, changed, or discontinued temporarily for security, maintenance, or compatibility reasons. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Registered accounts use the sign-in methods offered in the application. Optional guest access is time-limited; guest accounts and related server-side data are generally removed automatically after 24 hours.
Credentials and sessions must be protected against third-party access. Suspected misuse, unlawful use, or a threat to the application must be reported to the operator without undue delay.
You may upload or process only content that you are entitled to use. In particular, you are responsible for ensuring that messages, files, images, audio, and other inputs do not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.
Malware, credentials, unlawful content, and content whose processing is prohibited by law must not be submitted. Technical processing and deletion are additionally governed by the privacy policy.
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. It must be reviewed before use and does not replace professional medical, legal, tax, or other advice or independent fact-checking.
Depending on the enabled function, OpenAI, Google, openrouteservice, OpenStreetMap, MET Norway, Open-Meteo, Nominatim, DuckDuckGo Images, Wikimedia Commons, and Openverse may be technically involved. The privacy policy describes data flows and providers; the respective provider terms additionally govern external content and licences.
The application may display and enforce credits, daily limits, or technical usage limits for AI, audio, research, and other operations. The values displayed at the time apply to the specific use; bypass attempts, automated overload, and abusive repeated creation of guest accounts are prohibited.
Technical abuse prevention may use a server-generated pseudonymous key. The details are set out in the privacy policy.
Server-side account data, chats, attachments, workspace files, memories, and other data are processed under the rules described in the privacy policy. Account settings provide an export of relevant server-side data and account deletion.
Browser-local settings and optional personal API keys are not removed from every device by deleting an account. Operator-created backups are protected separately and may contain data that had already been deleted or changed at the time of backup.
